Appellate Litigation

Over the past 50 years, we have represented unions and workers in a number of major cases before the United States Supreme Court, the California Supreme Court, and other appellate courts, both state and federal. We handle appeals and petitions for writs of mandate both in cases in which we serve as trial counsel and those in which we are retained solely for the appellate proceedings.
