Political Campaign Law

We provide a broad range of legal advice and representation for both union and independent political action committees, as well as other organizations, under federal and California law. We represent clients before the California Fair Political Practices Commission and the Federal Election Commission. We also deal with the day-to-day issues that arise in the course of election campaigns.
