Independent Investigations of Employee Misconduct
We conduct independent investigations of allegations of employee misconduct, including sexual harassment, race discrimination, dishonest expense reimbursement claims, and embezzlement. We provide these services both for our existing clients and for other entities whose attorneys are unable to do so due to potential conflicts of interest. In addition, we serve as both in-house and independent investigators concerning claims of misconduct during union elections.
