Claude Cazzulino   return to list

Mr. Cazzulino graduated from Brown University with a B.A. in 1976 and is a 1984 graduate of Northeastern University School of Law. Mr. Cazzulino concentrates his practice in employee benefits. He represents private and public sector trust funds and small, single employer plans on a wide assortment of matters, including statutory and regulatory compliance, plan and trust agreement drafting, Internal Revenue Service investigative audits, ERISA litigation, and drafting of agreements with banks, investment managers, health care providers, and third party administrators.

Mr. Cazzulino also is an expert on the interplay between ERISA and domestic relations laws, and authored an article on this subject for the Los Angeles Lawyer magazine published by the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He is an active member of the Employee Benefits Committee of the American Bar Association and regularly contributes to the Committee's year-end review of recent developments in ERISA.
