Mr. Feinberg received his B.A. from the University of Southern California and his M.A. in Labor History from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is a 1979 graduate of Loyola Law School. An expert in education law, Mr. Feinberg has represented the interests of teachers in numerous writ petitions and administrative hearings. In addition to arbitrations and administrative hearings, Mr. Feinberg has handled many trials in federal and state court. He has defended actions in such areas as breach of contract, collections, libel and slander, and breach of the duty of fair representation. He also specializes in conducting workplace investigations relating to employee misconduct, including embezzlement and misappropriations.
Mr. Feinberg is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and frequently lectures on education law topics.
