Three hundred production workers in St. Joseph, Missouri joined UFCW District Union Local 2 after a card check authorization election held on November 18, 2022. The workers ratified their new contract on December 5, 2022, which included a substantial wage increase, an Earned Time Off program, and improved vacation time.
