Areas of Practice
Alejandro Delgado's practice centers on representing private and public sector unions and workers in federal and state courts, before administrative agencies, and at grievance and arbitration proceedings. He also regularly advises and provides counsel to unions and labor organizations on collective bargaining, wage and hour law, health and safety, workplace immigration issues, and other labor and employment matters. Mr. Delgado also frequently speaks at conferences and provides trainings and presentations for unions, their members, and other attorneys.
In his free time, Mr. Delgado enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and playing and watching soccer.
