Judy H. Lee is an employee benefits/ERISA attorney. Her practice focuses on compliance with federal and state laws affecting employee benefits plans. Ms. Lee has extensive experience with ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, the Affordable Care Act, and other federal laws that relate to health and welfare plans
Professional History
Most recently, she has helped clients comply with various laws passed due to the coronavirus pandemic, as well as the federal No Surprises Act. Ms. Lee also has experience with 401(k) plan compliance, cafeteria plans, and California non-profit organizations.
Ms. Lee joined Schwartz, Steinsapir, Dohrmann and Sommers in 2000, and has been working remotely from Minnesota since late 2003. She is a member of both the California and Minnesota Bars.
When she is not practicing law, Ms. Lee enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, traveling, and making handmade jewelry.
