We handle representation elections, negotiate and draft language in first contracts, and advise clients on day-to-day legal strategy. We handle high-impact litigation in state and federal courts on behalf of labor unions as plaintiffs and defendants. This litigation experience has also yielded significant recoveries at arbitration.
There are times when the law appears to deny workers the justice they deserve—or, even worse, to prevent them from organizing to obtain it. Working with our clients we have overcome these obstacles by using local and state legislation, labor peace agreements, and other strategies to expand workers' rights.

Employment Law for Individuals
We have vast experience representing individual workers, in areas such as wage and hour claims, discrimination and harassment complaints, whistleblower protections, wrongful discharge lawsuits and WARN Act claims. We represent individuals in negotiating severance agreements and employment contracts. We also assist individuals during work-related investigations and disciplinary proceedings.
